Hi there!
I’m Laura Flood, and my specialty is finding the clearest path forward and making communications look and sound right. I take complex information, find the story inside it, and turn it into thoughtful, visually refined pieces that are easy to understand.
I bring structure, calm, thoughtfulness, and a little warm sunshine to every project, and I believe good design meets people where they are and guides them forward with grounded, thoughtful communication.

I help people understand, connect, and move forward with clarity.
Writing has always been how I think. Words matter to me, not just how they sound, but what they do. Tapping into my full creativity, I discovered that clear visual design gives language weight, direction, and emotional resonance.
The combination of the two, words and graphic design, became my way to shine.
Over the years, my work has grown from designing individual pieces to leading greater creative efforts. I set direction, develop concepts, write and shape messaging, work directly with clients and senior stakeholders, manage complex bodies of work, and guide execution across teams and channels. Together, our goal is singular: to get your message to your audience as clearly as possible.

My Philosophy
When communication lacks clarity or depth, people fill in the gaps themselves, often leading to confusion or misalignment. Writing and design should respect the message’s intent and seek to communicate clearly by first understanding your audience.
If you want people to understand, align, or act, you have to meet them where they are and guide them forward with grounded, thoughtful design and communication.
